Model YH-130SS Integrated Solar Aids-to-Navigation Lantern complies with the IALA international standards and China’s 761 standards. It features six light emission colours: red, green, yellow, white, blue, and alternating yellow-blue flashing. The lantern boasts a compact and well-designed structure, consisting of solar power generation modules, lithium battery assemblies, light source components, communication modules, main control boards, battery charge-discharge management systems, and an aluminum-plastic composite enclosure. Its innovative compartmentalized waterproof structural design substantially enhances product reliability and operational stability.

The YH-130SS lantern is developed with cutting-edge design concepts, featuring customizable luminous range adjustable individually according to waterway conditions and actual demands. This lantern series adopts dual-mode positioning of GPS+BDS. Data transmission and remote control are realized via the GPRS IoT wireless transmission network or Beidou wireless transmission network. The server supports public cloud deployment and real-time monitoring through mobile APPs. As key equipment integrating data collection, transmission and positioning, it serves as an essential component of waterway management systems.

Installation and Operation Instructions

1. The lamp must be installed in a location with adequate sunlight exposure to guarantee continuous battery charging.

2. Mount the lamp on a horizontal mounting surface that is flat and mechanically robust enough. Secure the lamp with four M10 screws.

3. Toggle on the battery switch on the lamp surface for first-time use; turn off this switch for long-term storage.

4. This lamp is equipped with a light control function. It activates automatically when ambient illumination falls below the preset threshold of the light control switch.

5. Owing to the built-in photoelectric switch, the navigation marker lamp stays off under bright ambient light. Conduct tests in dark surroundings.

6. A company-provided SIM card is preinstalled inside the lamp for GPRS data transmission. Complete GPRS communication testing post-installation to verify stable GPRS signal reception.

7. Maintenance staff shall regularly check the prepaid balance of the SIM card to avoid service suspension due to arrears.

8. A Beidou card supplied by our company is fitted within the lamp for Beidou data transmission. Test Beidou communication after installation to confirm satisfactory signal quality.

9. Maintenance personnel need to periodically check the balance of the Beidou data card to prevent service outage caused by overdue payment.
